Choice 2 Spray Dried Malt Extract 1kg Wheat. This will produce a beer with more body and a maltier profile; hops are still in evidence though.
Choice 3 Brupaks Premium Grade Malt Extract 1.5kg Wheat. This method produces a truly commercial quality beer with a fuller body and a higher alcohol content.
The low hop rate and the use of a bottom fermenting yeast allow the distinctive wheat flavour to come to the fore. The mixture of wheat and barley malts give this beer a sweet flavour with a slightly tart finish. To keep the wheat/barley ratio correct, choices 2 and 3 only are recommended. O.G. 1.048 - 1.054 -

A traditional Premium Bitter, well hopped and malty. This beer kit was created by Clive Donald of Brupaks as a result of a request for the ultimate beer kit. It contains a full 3.11 kg of spray dried malt extract, caramel and roasted grains, hops and yeast. No additional ingredients are needed with the exception of priming sugar, ½ teaspoon of sugar is recommended per pint or 100g in the 23 litres. This kit does not require to be boiled, and produces 23 litres at OG 1049 (ABV 5.0%).
