Beaverdale - Barolo

An enormously robust wine that has a good depth of colour, it is made from the Nebbiolo grape. The best commercially produced Barolos are aged in oak for four to five years. Optional oak chippings included.
The 1 gallon (6 bottle) kit contains 1.5 litres of juice, whilst the 5 gallon (30 bottle) kit contains 7.5 litres.
Both are complete kits; the yeast, bentonite, stabiliser, oak chips (the use of which is optional) and finings are all included and no additional sugar is needed. -
Beaverdale - Cabernet Sauvignon

The full bodied, complex wines made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are well balanced and with an intense blackcurrant aroma. These long lived wines start off high in tannins, but smooth to a velvety finish with ageing.

Beaverdale - Californian Red
from £10.99More informationCalifornia Red is produced from the Zinfandel grape which is a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignane. The wine is deep in colour and the flavour is spicy, peppery with a hint of red berries and/or dark cherries.
It is usually served cool at around 18C, which is neither room temperature nor fridge temperature but somewhere in the middle!

The grape, originally from France, is now grown successfully in many countries. Because of its softness it is often blended with other varieties to make some of the worlds finest wines.
