Edme Superbrew - Bitter
£14.90More information
This traditional real ale has a good creamy head and a golden amber colour.
Its rich malty taste is supported by good background bitterness and a fully rounded hoppy flavour.
It has a medium full mouth feel and is best served at traditional pub cellar temperature (cool but not chilled). The normal instructions call for 1kg sugar (preferably brewing sugar) but for a richer slightly darker beer add 1.5kg of Edme DMS Malt Extract instead of the sugar! Makes 40 pints. -
Edme Superbrew - Irish Stout
£14.90More information
A genuine stout, combining the full bodied smoky character of Roasted Barley with the tang of up front hop flavour as favoured in Ireland.
This can be brewed, with the addition of 1kg of sugar (preferably brewing sugar) to make 40 pints with an ABV of 4.5% or without the addition of any sugar to make 24 pints with an ABV of 5%. -
Edme Superbrew - Lager

This smooth clean tasting, German Style Lager has a refreshing light hopped flavour.
Crystal clear and light yellow amber in colour, it has a clean fresh feel on the tongue and is best served chilled. Needs 1kg sugar (preferably brewing sugar) but personally I would replace most of this sugar with golden syrup.
