This kit produces 30 bottles of Full Bodied White Wine in the style of German Moselle. It needs the addition of 4.25kg of sugar.

Golden Milch

Golden Milch is a wine in the style of a German Liebfraumilch. The colour is a light straw yellow and the nose has a touch of elderflower. This wine is best served chilled and with some sweetness remaining.
This kit contains a sachet of dried berries and flowers that I would empty into a small muslin bag before adding to the wine. An additional 4.25kg of sugar is needed for the fermentation.

Red Extra

Red Extra is a burgundy style of red wine. It has a good rich colour and a pleasant nose with a touch of elderberry. The wine is full bodied but velvety and easy to drink.

Rosé wines have been unfashionable in the U.K. for many years, unlike in the South of France where they drink it by the tanker load.
Fortunately Rosé is coming back into favour as we remember that this is a great summer wine which is surprisingly good with food.
These are not wines to dwell over too long, but are best glugged joyfully, well chilled and in good quantity!

This is a white burgundy, pale yellow in colour and with a fresh and elegant fruity nose. The taste is vinous, dry, fruity, fresh and soft. This wine is best chilled and it goes especially well with fish dishes.
