These kits contains 8 litres of grape juice and/or grape juice concentrate with invert sugar and will produce approximately 22.5l (30 bottles) of wine in about 4 weeks. No additional sugar is required. With a starting gravity of 1.090 they produce wines with 12.4% ABV.
