This range of yeasts is intended for the production of alcohol at concentrations of up to 23%.
Apart from the 'Spirit Base Kit' they each produce up to 5 gallons & have differing sugar requirements.
Clear clean high alcohol bases for mixers & for the additon of essences.
Choose the yeast best suited for your intended use & add the essences of preference.
They are not intended to ferment out either beers or wines but rather to produce the base for liqueurs.
The alcohol level can be further increased, in countries where this is permitted, by distillation. -
