Its neutrality allows it to be used in a wide variety of styles, as it allows the true flavor of the malt to come through.

Danstar Windsor Ale Yeast

Danstar Windsor ale yeast originates in England.
This yeast produces a beer which is estery to both palate and nose with a slight fresh yeasty flavour.
These are usually described as full-bodied, fruity English ales.
Depending on the substrate, the Windsor demonstrates moderate attenuation which will leave a relatively high gravity.

Munich Beer Yeast

A quick starting ale yeast which originated in Bavaria, Germany, the home of many of the world’s great wheat beer breweries.
It produces a vigorous fermentation at traditional ale temperatures. This is a non flocculent strain, in an open fermenter the yeast can be skimmed off the top.
The aroma is estery with typical banana notes. This yeast is widely used commercially in the production of German Weizen and Hefeweizen.
