A selected strain of Saccharomyces uvarum (Carlsbergensis). This is a sturdy lager brewing yeast which delivers a consistent neutral fermentation with little or no sulphur components or other undesirable by-products.
The sedimentation is high as is the attenuation. The recommended fermentation temperature is 12C - 15C and the pitching rate is 3 - 6 g / 10 l.

This top fermenting brewers yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, selected for its formation of typical wheat beer aromas, is suitable for the production of wit and wheat beers.
The sedimentation is low and the attenuation is high. The recommended fermentation temperature is 18C - 23C and the pitching rate is 5 - 8 g / 10 l.
