Produced from quality wine grape juices from the northern Italian regions of Emilia and Tuscany, these sugar inclusive kits contain the concentrate, yeast, nutrients, stabiliser and finings to produce 21 litres of wine in only 5 days!.....although we would recommend allowing longer to mature.
