This comes with a choice of two recipes:-
The first calls for the addition of just 200g of sugar and makes 25 litres of a light bodied low alcohol lager.
The second recipe calls for the addition of 600g of sugar to produce just 20 litres of a fuller bodied lager with a higher alcohol level. -

This comes with a choice of two recipes:-
The first calls for the addition of just 200g of sugar and makes 25 litres of a light bodied low alcohol beer.
My idea of a Winter Beer is a strong rich full bodied ale with plenty of alcohol to balance so I would use the second recipe. This calls for the addition of 800g of sugar to produce just 23 litres.
