These beer kits emanate from the traditions & recipes that have developed over the decades.
They have put a lot of time & thought into replicating their brews for all to taste.
This particular series was developed for those brewers seeking the unique international flavours and characteristics of these regional beer styles.
Australian Pale Ale£11.50
Their brewers have developed this kit to replicate the famous Coopers Original Pale Ale which is an Australian icon.
This is a beer with a fruity, floral character balanced with a crisp bitterness, making a compellingly flavoured beer for all occasions.
Recommended to be brewed with 1 kg of Brew Enhancer.
Alternatively you may try using 500g of Light Dry Malt and 250 g of Dextrose/ Brewing Sugar plus Coopers Carbonation drops if bottling.

Coopers master brewers have developed this distinctively Canadian style beer with the finest 2-row barley crafted to create a light coloured beer with a fresh clean finish.
Clean, pale malt flavours, a light bodied palate with malt aromas and a hint of spicy hops.
A pale straw coloured beer for long Summer evenings or light palatable quenching.
For best results, recommended to be brewed with 1Kg Brew Enhancer & Coopers Caronation drops or brewing sugar for priming, see below.

Coopers English Bitter has a brown copper colour with red hues and a creamy head.
It displays a pleasing floral aroma with a blend of toasty/sweet malt flavours and a firm bitter finish.
For best results brew the kit with a kilo of Brew Enhancer, as below & 200 gms of brown sugar or preferably Molasses.
In addition Carbonation drops if bottling.
Bavaria is well known for the production of fine quality lagers, which are light in colour, crisp and clear.
Coopers have recreated this using the finest ingredients.
Serve well chilled and savour the clean flavour & country hop aroma.
For the best results brew with 1kg of Enhancer as below & store for at least 12 weeks in the bottle prior to drinking.
