Their brewers have developed this kit to replicate the famous Coopers Original Pale Ale which is an Australian icon.
This is a beer with a fruity, floral character balanced with a crisp bitterness, making a compellingly flavoured beer for all occasions.
Recommended to be brewed with 1 kg of Brew Enhancer.
Alternatively you may try using 500g of Light Dry Malt and 250 g of Dextrose/ Brewing Sugar plus Coopers Caronation drops if bottling.

Canadian Blonde

Coopers master brewers have developed this distinctively Canadian style beer with the finest 2-row barley crafted to create a light coloured beer with a fresh clean finish.
Clean, pale malt flavours, a light bodied palate with malt aromas and a hint of spicy hops.
A pale straw coloured beer for long Summer evenings or light palatable quenching.
For best results, recommended to be brewed with 1Kg Brew Enhancer & Coopers Caronation drops or brewing sugar for priming, see below.

Coopers English Bitter has a brown copper colour with red hues and a creamy head.
It displays a pleasing floral aroma with a blend of toasty/sweet malt flavours and a firm bitter finish.
For best results brew the kit with a kilo of Brew Enhancer, as below & 200 gms of brown sugar or preferably Molasses.
In addition Carbonation drops if bottling. -
