Italian Dolcetto

We now have just one of this years Limited Edition Selection Wines in stock.

This is the Italian Dolcetto:- From Piedmont in the north west corner of Italy, close to the borders with France and Switzerland, the dark inky purple colour of this wine belies its easy drinking character and smooth tannins.

It is light, dry and easy to drink, paring well with pizza, pasta and salads. Locally it is often served chilled to about 13-18C in the manner of Beaujolais Nouveau.

This kit contains a full 16 litres of 100% pure varietal grape juice and premium grade concentrate. This kit produces produce 30 bottles of premium quality wine with superior flavour, aroma and complexity.
