Wine Finings are used to speed up the rate at which a finished wine clears.

Vinclear Isinglass Wine Finings - 250ml

A bottle of this fining is sufficient to clear up to 16 gallons. Pour half a pint of wine into a jug, add two capfuls of Vinclear per gallon of wine, mix well and add this to the bulk of the wine and stir well. Keep the wine in a cool place to clear.
