Medium Sweet White
£20.99
This is a very popular range of table wines, all of which produce 30 bottles, and should be ready to drink in just 7 days! The 2 whites and the rose both need the addition of 3kg of sugar, whilst the red needs 4kg. They use an add-back sachet, which goes into the finished wine to improve the taste and bouquet.

This will produce a cleaner & faster ferment.
The sugar is a spray dried glucose which dissolves easily in cold liquids to form a syrup and importantly leaves no after taste.
It aids fast fermentation & can be used for priming during the secondary fermentation.
It is is highly recommended for use in making beers, liqueurs and wines in preference to household sugar.
Worth the extra pence per pint or bottle.
