The Gold Range of commercial style wines, all of which produce 30 bottles, should be ready to drink in just 7 days! The whites and the rose both need the addition of 3kg of sugar, whilst the reds need 4kg. They use an add-back sachet which goes into the finished wine to improve the taste and bouquet.

This sugar is a spray dried glucose which dissolves easily in cold liquids to form a syrup and importantly leaves no after taste.
It aids fast fermentation & is highly recommended for use in making beers, liqueurs and wines in preference to household sugar.
