These kits are designed to be produce country style wines which are sweeter than the Table, Gold and Platinum varieties of the same name.
They are available in Apricot, Bilberry, Cherry, Elderberry Elderflower, Peach and Strawberry flavours, all of which produce 1 gallon of great wine (6 by 75cl bottles) in just 7 days & they continue to improve if left longer.

These kits produce fruit wines, 6 bottles of medium to medium sweet, in just 7 days. With the addition of 600g of sugar they produce a wine of 10.5% ABV, and with 770g of sugar, 12.5% ABV. All the range uses an addback, which is added to the finished wine to improve the flavour and bouquet.
Try something a bit different - the fruitiness and bouquet of Bilberry lead to a delightfully light fruity red wine.

This will produce a cleaner & faster ferment.
The sugar is a spray dried glucose which dissolves easily in cold liquids to form a syrup and importantly leaves no after taste.
It aids fast fermentation & can be used for priming during the secondary fermentation.
It is is highly recommended for use in making beers, liqueurs and wines in preference to household sugar.
Worth the extra pence per pint or bottle.
