A personal favourite of mine this white wine is a unique blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Colombard and Muscat varieties, all sourced from Australia's Riverland region on the Murray River. The hot climate produces a delicious wine with a lively combination of rich ripe fruits, with a balanced acidity and a full body.
The kit contains 10 litres of grape juices with concentrates and produces 30 bottles of high quality wine that you can enjoy a month after bottling.
