This wine has a powerful fruit and spice flavour but with mellow tannins for a supple finish. It will benefit from ageing but will develop quicker than Cabernet Sauvignon and will stand up to the same food pairings.
The kit contains 10 litres of grape juices with concentrates and produces 30 bottles of high quality wine that you can enjoy a month after bottling.
