This crisp refreshing white wine is a blend of three outstanding varietal grapes, Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. It makes a medium bodied white wine that's exceptionally fruity and well structured. Enjoy it by itself, with grilled or poached fish, chicken, vegetarian dishes or try it with a mild blue cheese and ripe pears.
The kit contains 10 litres of grape juices with concentrates and produces 30 bottles of high quality wine that you can enjoy a month after bottling.
