Brupaks Craftsman Ingredients Packs are an ideal introduction to brewing from unhopped malt extract in combination with a small quantity of crushed grains and whole hops.
The recipes have been carefully designed to produce truly authentic beers with the minimum of effort. Each pack requires 2 x 1.5kg tins of Brupaks Premium Grade Pale Malt Extract (or 3kg bulk) to make 23l of beer (13l in the case of the Barley Wine). No extra sugar is required.
Although it is preferable to boil the whole brew length a boiling pan of at least 10 litres will suffice. Each pack comes with detailed brewing instructions.
For those who want to develop their skills in brewing these kits offer the opportunity to try something a little more complex and interesting. They provide a useful stepping stone between hopped malt extract kits and partial / fully mashed beers.

Brupaks malt extracts are produced by Muntons in the United Kingdom from the finest quality 2 row brewing grade barley malts to the highest possible specifications and using traditional brew house procedures. The Pale Extract is made exclusively from Pale Malt, whilst chocolate malt is also used to make the Amber Extract. We believe them to be amongst the best in the world.
