Blended with 100% pure varietal grape juice concentrate, with no added sugars, Selection Estate Series yields wines of exceptional flavour, aroma and complexity.
Each kit contains 16 litres and yields 5 gallons (30 by 75cl bottles).

France used to be the standard-bearer for Sauvignon Blanc, with flinty dry wines such as Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé. This changed dramatically when New Zealand produced its first vintage from this grape. Overnight the world had a new model for Sauvignon Blanc, startlingly different and delicious.
Marlborough has the sunniest, driest climate in New Zealand, and the Wairau Valley's rich soils combine with the cool nights to deliver astonishingly pungent wines, with gooseberry, herbs, pink grapefruit, fresh-cut grass, asparagus, lime-leaf, tropical fruit, passion fruit and a host of other beguiling aromas. Few wines ever achieve the amazing aromatic complexity and zesty fruit of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.
Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is one of our favourite wines and we will certainly be making one of these up ourselves to enjoy this summer.
