An Italian made 45 bottle tree which holds 75cl bottles allowing them to drain after washing and rinsing.
It is all plastic, has a rotating base with a maximum diameter of 39cm, and the overall height is 51cm.

This rinser in designed to fit onto the top of the 45 bottle tree.
Firstly fill the bowl with sulphite solution (e.g. Sodium Metabisulphite or VWP at the rate of a tea-spoonful per litre of water) and then push the clean bottle down on the spring loaded pump.
The solution is pumped into the bottle sterilising all its internal surfaces.
Then place the bottle onto the tree to drain (there is no need to rinse off the sulphite) and in ten minutes the bottles are ready for use.
