To produce 6 bottles of dry sherry dessert wine you will initially need to add 650g of white granulated sugar and 650g of demerara sugar.
To make 6 bottles of sweet sherry dessert wine you will initially need to add 850g of white granulated sugar and 450g of dark brown sugar.
Additional sugar may need to be added when the fermentation is complete to achieve the desired level of sweetness.
This kit is designed to produce 6 bottles of sherry at up to 18% ABV.
