Using usually difficult to obtain & expensive essences, the producers of these kits have created liqueur kits to rival chic imports.
With just water, sugar and one of these kits you too can produce a gallon (6 x 75cl bottles) of the most delicious liqueurs at an ABV of approx. 20% in about 3 weeks at a fraction of the ready made cost.

2. pH control for better fermentation & quality.
3. Develops an approximate fruity 20% base which blends well with all types of flavours.

Tip: when fermenting keep the temperature at the bottom end of the scale to assist in the production of the liqueurs.

Irish Cream (Baileys style)

The classic blend of Irish whiskey, chocolate and coffee blended with cream as epitomised in Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur.
The kit is sufficient for 6 bottles or a demi john of liqueur, requiring 2 x 1Kg of (preferably) brewing sugar.
Requires the addition of condensed milk & cream as per the instructions in order to emulate the best of these liqueurs or as to taste.

This will produce a finer, cleaner & faster ferment.
The sugar is a spray dried glucose (aka dextrose) which dissolves easily in cold liquids to form a syrup and importantly leaves no after taste.
Being 100% fermentable, it promotes fast fermentation & can be used for priming during the secondary fermentation.
It is is highly recommended for use in making beers, liqueurs and wines in preference to household sugar.
Well worth the extra pence per pint or bottle.
