The great value 28ml of flavourings are securely contained in glass bottles & make between 1.125 & 2.25 Litres dependent on the type.
These superior flavours may be consumed immediately after adding to the base 'spirit', but improve substantially if aged for more than a week.
Whilst a 40% ABV base spirit such as vodka will provide excellent results the 20-23% high alcohol yeast fermented 'base spirit kit' on this Web-site provide an acceptable alternative.

The sugar is a spray dried glucose (aka dextrose) which dissolves easily in cold liquids to form a syrup and importantly leaves no after taste.
Being 100% fermentable, it promotes fast fermentation & can be used for priming during the secondary fermentation.
It is is highly recommended for use in making beers, liqueurs and wines in preference to household sugar.

Alcotec Super Turbo Yeast 48£2.95
This is a great dual purpose yeast.
It will turbo-ferment out either 6kg of sugar in 25 litres of water in 48 hours to produce 14% ABV, or 8kg in about 10 days to produce 20% ABV.
The use of Brewing Sugar will produce a faster/cleaner ferment.
This is definitely the best choice if you are fermenting in high ambient temperatures as it works within a temperature range of 20C - 32C.
Alcotec 23% Turbo Yeast - maximum alcohol.£4.65
The new Alcotec 23% Turbo Yeast will produce upto 23% alcohol using 10.5kg of brewing sugar (dextrose monohydrate).
Included with the yeast are sachets of nutrient to assist the yeast & activated carbon for a clear clean finish.
Fermentation is normally around 7 days with another 2 days for clearing.
