The sugar is a spray dried glucose which dissolves easily in cold liquids to form a syrup and importantly leaves no after taste.
It aids fast fermentation & can be used for priming during the secondary fermentation.
It is is highly recommended for use in making beers, liqueurs and wines in preference to household sugar.

Carbonation Drops are a convenient, no fuss, no mess alternative to priming sugar.
They dissolve quickly without the need for inverting or shaking the bottle.
The dosage required is 1 drop per 375ml bottle or 2 drops per 750ml bottle.
