A ratchet operated Spindle Press with split cage, beech slats and pressing plates and with a cage volume of 20 litres.
It has a pressed steel frame with a stainless steel centre spindle and the three supporting legs are drilled to allow the press to be screwed down.
The rachet mechanism allows the pressing plates to exert substantial pressure to ensure efficient juice extraction.
The maximum overall height from the base to the top of the spindle is 92cm and the diameter of the juice collecting base tray is 41cm.
