The Mondego range is named after the Mondego Valley, one of the finest grape growing regions of Portugal.
Each kit comes complete with yeast, yeast nutrient, stabiliser and finings and will need the addition of 3.5kg of Brewing Sugar to produce 30 bottles of Rose wine.

For Wine and liqueurs, you will need the Wine and Beer model, and you will find having a trial jar a real advantage.

The sugar is a spray dried glucose which dissolves easily in cold liquids to form a syrup and importantly leaves no after taste.
It aids fast fermentation & can be used for priming during the secondary fermentation.
It is is highly recommended for use in making beers, liqueurs and wines in preference to household sugar.

An excellent medium in which to store your wine & allow it to mature & develop.
With the administration of a sterilant they are reusable.
They are about 300mm tall and they accept standard size wine corks which with the use of shrink wrap will minimise exposure to the air.
In common with the shipping of all glass products, whilst every effort is made to pack with great care they are shipped at customers risk of breakage.
