This 500ml concentrate can be used either in country wine, or by itself as a 1-gallon wine kit.
In this case do note that you will need 480g of sugar and a good wine yeast to go with it.
It is suitable for addition to most Country Wine recipes at the rate of 200ml to 250ml per 4.5 litres of wine.
It will assist fermentation by supplying essential nutrients and improve the quality of the finished wine.
