Black Rock Cider

Black Rock Cider is produced from apples grown in New Zealand's premium orchards at the Canterbury Brewery in Christchurch. This is part of one of the largest brewing groups in the world, Lion-Nathan.
It needs the addition of 1kg of sugar for the initial fermentation and makes 23 litres (40 pints) of traditional sparkling or still cider. It has a clean refreshing taste and an alcohol content of about 4.2% ABV.
