A traditional Premium Bitter, well hopped & malty.
This beer kit was created by Clive Donald of Brupaks as a result of a request for the ultimate beer kit.
It contains a full 3.11 kg of spray dried malt extract, caramel and roasted grains, hops and yeast.
No additional ingredients are needed with the exception of priming sugar, ½ teaspoon of sugar is recommended per pint or 100g in the 23 litres.
This kit does not require to be boiled, and produces 23 litres at OG 1049 (ABV 5.0%).
