This is a substantially constructed, thermostatically controlled, enamelled steel pasteurising boiler. It is rated at 1800 W, weighs 10kg and has a capacity of 29 litres. The overall height is 46cm and the maximum diameter is 47cm.
It comes complete with a stainless steel grid on which to stand the containers during the pasteurising process.
