This can be used either to spice up a wine lacking in flavour or to produce drinks such as ginger beer, wine or cordial.
Can be used to produce alcoholic or non alcoholic ginger beer with sugar & citrus fruits.
For alcoholic try any of the Ale yeasts & leave to ferment.
Care is needed though, it can be quite a vociferous ferment!
