We recommend one of these for every fermentation.
Wines can be slow to clear when they contain high levels of the CO2 gas that is produced during the fermentation.
This tool removes the gas so speeding up the clearing process.
It has a stainless steel shaft just under 40cm in length, food grade plastic paddles and a high-density plastic bung.
It has been designed for use with 5 gallon containers, and is not suitable for 1 gallon demijohns.
When used with an electric drill running at a slow speed this tool will easily remove the gas from your wine within minutes.
